Prisoner Amnesty 2007 Announced

Today is 11th December 2007 - I have just been informed that after many months of speculation and rumour I have been included in the King's 80th Birthday Amnesty.

All those on a drugs charge who qualified have recived a one year in every eight years sentenced reduction.

All other prisoners who qualified have recieved one year in every five years sentenced reduction.

For me that is a three and a half year reduction to my sentence of thirty years. I now have a sentence of twenty six and a half years less the time I have already served - that light at the end of the tunnel just got a little brighter!!
